well,3 things in consideration:
base 1:9 deposit places,kinda expensive,i sudgest:130k caps
base2:7 deposit places:medium:70k caps
make something for 30k caps:2 lockers,no resourses,just a slave place in the desert
base 3(can't see)make screens please
