How can I get involved with the development of Fonline?

Keep in mind they must be getting a dozen PMs daily with a lot of random stuff and not everyone reads threads closely.

Ahh yes, the ability to operate email--the hallmark of competency. Thanks for the advice.

But it seemed he ignored both my pm and some post in the 3D thread.
So I guess they don't need/want more, not even professionals :P

I think you must be right. This is odd considering what a mess the game is.
Lexx:
I am sorry, but we don't need new level designers. Since we started, we got so many applications for level designer... it's the easiest thing, when it comes to Fallout modding. But sadly, it's not the only thing that needs to be done. Making maps is deep in shit with scripts and dialogues. So simply clicking together some things in the mapper will not bring forward anything.
Also I don't read most of the pm's I get, as I get 50 pm's on daily basis on a lot websites. I don't have enough time to care for everything. (I am not the right person to write to anyway)
Solar:
Hm, if there are enough interested in doing it, I can co-ordinate some kind of effort to develop some "Dungeon" style PvE maps.

I would be interested in assisting this effort, in any of the following roles:
1) Development (Professional Experience, though I don't know what language(s) you are using for FOnline)
2) Design
3) Testing
I would love to see some "semi-D&D" style dungeons with multiple levels, loot chests, etc.
Sius:
Well people that are not involved in Fallout modding yet they have some experiences that can help don't know what it takes to do this work. I think some simple list of required qualities for certain posts in developer team would help a lot. You know as you mentioned some serious scripting needs to be done, on the other hand maps alone are quiet easy to get done etc... But when potential support developers don't know what is required then they will not apply just to find out that they can't help you (well some may do apply anyway but that will mostly result only in wasted time on both sides).
