New trainers?

Hello,
 since i did not see it on wiki, I wanted to ask maby people could share with locations of new prof trainers that can be found after wipe, let me start:

Armorer: scavanger base near adytum (boneyard?), in a building near a hangman. Not sure how good he s (i mean is lvl3 available), but he sure teaches armorer. And you eed to speak to Adytum chief or some poor guy who gives away repeatable dog killing quest (500xp) just across the street from mad doc.

Also I found that you can buy books in children of apocalypse place, not only in HUB.

Soo any other special new npc's with special powers? im planning to explore SF now, but i'm afraid that I might miss some lvl3 trainer that works only if i have proffesion at lvl2.

edit: added location clarification

and btw you can move crates in that scavanger base too.

for example anyone tried speaking to Gunrunners about making weapons?

come on it can't be im the only one not wanting to join raiders for sg3... :)

and shit... he simply cannot be THE one and ONLY guy in the wastes who knows it becouse you know.. .small guns are all over the place

ok one last try,

can the devs confirm/deny that there are alternatives to:

doc3 in vault city? (if there's none I can understand this, since they are the only (enclave?) ones capable of it at elast publically)

small guns 3 in Raiders base, - this is nonsense, since small guns are all over the place and there is only one evil guy who knows how to make sniper rifle? I dint buy it.

energy guns in Enclave base - this again I would agree on, but hey mutants use lazers too...

so there I am, and my searches without any confirmed goal :/

these trainers are not new. They are all old, just there is no need to add all them on wiki. And all level 3 professions need joining npc faction, so for sg3 its raiders. Some npc factions are still being developed, so you can only wait and hope some other faction will have sg3 teacher.
