Pre-Wipe NCR maniac.

No rules so I assumed I could do a picture with Neopaint.

Crappy little something I was gonna do pre-wipe but my computer was dead at the time.
Didn't work on the background really but I don't care, you get the idea, it's pretty much what I was doing when the bombs dropped in NCR.

I'm better (lol) at drawing non-organic... Things.. and uhh.. It's sort-of baggy armor I dunno.
