Do you wish to encounter: Aliens, Centaurs, and Floaters?

Raspen:
So there I was, I see 2 tough aliens, 3 mean centaurs, and 4 floaters.

Heart pumping, I pull out my trusty flamer and run for the exit grid to see if any of them will chase me.

Round 2 comes and none of the NPCs are looking at me.  They are focused on each other making a tight cluster in the middle of the map.

I inch forward into Flamer range outside the cluster of mobs and start pumping Flamethrower fuel into the crowd...

Round after round it goes, until I was awarded 750 xp for killing a floater!

I use the rest of my AP to run for the exit grid to see if any of the remaining mobs are onto me, and a mean centaur follows.

Several rounds of shoot (6 ap), run (7 ap), and the mean centaur is down!  1000 xp wow!

I finally complete the encounter, about 3500 xp richer, and head back out into the wasteland.  On my way to Gecko looking for the thingamahoogie to join up with Vault City when... disconnect.

I reconnect 10 minutes later to find the entire event never happened.  The rollback monster changed history and relegated this whole adventure into campfire stories.

Ps: Killing aliens and such with a Flamer is exciting and scary.
Pps: Bring lots of Flamethrower fuel.

meh blowing them up with rockets or nades is much much better... still remember  when  angry centaur was coming at me and rocket crited him ... he ened up being pushed like 15 hexes XD

I don't have the patience to make 1 rocket at a time, so I stay away from rockets.  I'm looking forward to making mini-guns, but I don't have the science to make the high quality alloys yet.  Soon though!
