Can I get my reputation back ?

I was cough stealing in NCR, and I have -100 karma and tagged as thief.
The players have killed me few times, and it seems I cant fix the things... I want to have 0 karma and dont wanna be tagged as thief in this area. Is it possible ?

You probably HAVE zero karma... but, if you are talking about gaining reputation, it is not possible at this moment.

Ghosthack:
Tagging (or flagging as it is called) is removed upon death. Reputation is doesn't good up after death however, and the only way to gain reputation is to join an NPC faction (Raiders or VC currently).
