Actually, its only -10% in guns/unarmed/melee skills and +15% to fa/doc/barter/speech

it still acts more like a perk than a trait, just like fast shot for BG chars, but a bit more universal

and FA ? or Repair

Repair for a PvP char ? Useless... Outdoor 100 is fine, but you need to up your First Aid AND Doctor.

yep, tag first aid instead of repair if you're gonna be a pvp BGer,

Or three bursts a turn if you  have 10 AP and select the Action Boy perk twice.
