hey does anyone know how to move this quest along? i talked to risto but they give you absolutely no leads or ideas on who to talk to or where to find this painting he speaks of.

an admin told me that when you accept the mission appears
a location near the hub, but nothing appears

yeah ive never seen anything there and whoevers sposed to be in charge of doing the wiki is slacking hard, there missing entire missions on the board.
