How is it that people control the HQ mining facilities?

Everytime me and my friends go there we get shot, and I'm told that some of the people that do get there to mine with a brahmin are killed and looted once they try to return to their respective bases.

you saying this game is harder then gambling in Vegas? damn...

Well eventually it turns out that nasty developers wanted to leave HQ ores unguarded by NPCs so players can have something to fight about.

it's not that bad... you just need to be more sneaky... i menage to get hq mats quite often...
