is Endless Walker.It's NPC with around 130 HP or 113, can't remember. Looks like glowing ghoul. Have great DR. My finesse did him 0 crit damage at first shot, but second shot insta-kill for 130 (or 113) damage and he became lay down.Anyway, this "guy" is a mob, not player who can eat cookies.
everytime i've met the guy its somewhere around The Glow, and he always had 222 HP. He doesnt appear to be using any jet or other "use" stuff. He is just in great shape, never stop moving.. something like a zombie version of Forrest Gump :p
Have met him.Could, please, devs make it faster or have less AP? He moves his 15 AP forever...(I guess, thats why it has that name...)
