It looks like a box, exactly like special items or boxing gloves, spiked knuckles, condoms etc.

I put some of them behind walls, but you can see them (No need to spam "G" key, if that's the question).
I can also say that most of them are not in main towns maps.

so lets see, 3 eggs in unguarded towns for sure, not very many eggs in towns so maybe 1 or 2 more in a town. common areas include train stations, mines, and various other locales.

Also, only 3 eggs are not found yet, the others are in tents or bases maps. Why the players do not report they have it, well, I don't really know =p But sooner or later, they will lose their egg and get no reward =(

Maybe you should  make a global GM message, that there is the actual easter event? Some people seem to not like to visit the forum. :)

When you say others, do you mean the players who have found them and where they are holding them? Or do you mean where the 3 last eggs are.

Can you give any hints? :D
