Yeah those guys who are peacefully mining in unguarded mines to get high end materials just want to play the game by roleplaying with high end gear or maybe they need it to kill rats with their friends.

As I've said PvP is imho only real endgame activity that FOnline has right now. But there are people who ignore PvP completely and they still play this game and they still want to get their hands on better minerals and ores even if its only to profit more from more expensive gear they will craft with it. I don't think that there is someone who would resist to farm some minerals and then craft CA/Sniper rifle out of them if he could even if they should be used only for PvE. But I doubt that anyone who has a gang and takes part in PvP or TC would whine about getting killed while farming at public mine. If there is someone like that then please slap yourself in the face.
