Help with private server

So recently I downloaded the Fonline: Reloaded server and client files from here: https://forum.fonline-reloaded.net/index.php?topic=9569.0

I have looked at several other posts trying to figure out how to get the server open on LAN so my fiance and I could play together. So far I have had zero luck.

Would someone be able to run me through creating/hosting a LAN server with these file?
