I like it but maybe not a hotel in normal sense but good secured undergound BIG vault in center of map with many rooms on each floor for rent or get from quest?  hey no one will tell they cant get free room in wasteland ;) you can make sense for it as most people run in wasteland in blue vault suits :P

Love this idea, I thought about those big high buildings which you can meet in encounters, that kind of hotel with guards would be awesome

Maybe a Massive warehouse with a Shitload of beds allover the floor, And there is no limit to the people renting it, Since you have no particular bed.
