I thought reloaded is based on 2238 - unless they removed stuff, it should be there. If I remember right, we used them to clean up exit grids.

Wipe should know.

There wasn't poo-cleaning NPCs in 2238, simply because poo was THE source of caps for new players.

Seriously, I could swear near the end we had spawnable NPCs cleaning the exit grids.
