You should be able to use healing powder on npcs

You should be able to heal slaves/mercs with healing powders.

Well... it's quite clear you can't heal with healing powders other players or NPCs because it's a powder ad can't be injected like stimpaks (syringe).
I don't like this idea.

SO when you're trying to slava some npc/multiple npc , Stimpacks kill them, healing powder doesnt work, and only option to revive them is using first aid skilll. Unles you feel like waiting for them to stand up of their own accord, with the new healing rates, this could take 20 minutes.
This is an excerpt from the wiki section on slavery:
To enslave, you will need :
Some healing stuff (Healing powders, stimpacks or high First Aid skill etc.).

Why should stimpaks kill them? The only way that could happen is with super stimpaks.

Why should stimpaks kill them? The only way that could happen is with super stimpaks.

pre wipe stimpacks were instant kills on npcs, now they work fine.

Also I posted this 7 hours before that other thread Lexx.
