I disagree to NCR as starting point. But suggestion with bigger hotels is very tempting

In my opinion, Hub is the best starting point. But this heavily depends on what you want to do in the beginning of the game.

We already had NCR as the default starting point.  Noobs who logged in for the first time usually got in the middle of a crossfire, or were followed into the wasteland and killed.  I'm going to say we stick with the new instanced start points over going back to the NCR setup.

Gunduz:
I think if we want NCR to stop being the main town, first the shit shoveling price should be reduced to 5 and raised in all other areas.
