The mines are fine, except two important things:

-- it would nice to see them faction-based, not personal;

-- It's fine with them that there are no HQ resources, but throw in respawning basic resources and a workbench with a couple of lockers for tools -- and they'll be worth their price.

Hohol:
so in personal mines avaliable only basic materials(iron ore, minerals) ? what is a reason pay 75.000 caps for it?

 I hear they have limited resource,
and how much before they run dry then.
better be huge amount for 75k

Don't know exactly, but is not so much...
The mine of my friend ran out of resources after a week of use, I guess.
