The Khans is the oldest and most prestigious Fallout themed clan formed in the year 2000. We have our roots in the obscure side of gaming, Fallout Tactics and 80's post-apocalyptic movies and are known for raiding small online communities under slogans such as "Things just got worse!", "Dirty, Mean and most importantly RUDE!" and "Oh Slash, it's TKs!". We are mostly older players in our 20's to 40's and unlike younger factions we got an agenda, resources, an international network and in house talent stretching far beyond the world of gaming.

We have done a run on our test server now for a while and are looking to get in contact with a coder to fix up a version of second session Reloaded according to our list and we're looking to either run it together with an external team or simply hire and pay a coder to fix it/update it for us and we run it ourselves. Unlike other projects TKs brings an audience to the project, including our own roughly 60 active players and roughly 150 dormant we also have a reach of about 500 FOnline players aswell as about 10k fallout interested individuals through our different propaganda channels. Funding a server without having to rely on donations is no problem.

Our vision is a fair and well balanced pvp server. Payment via Paypal or Bitcoin.

Why not make the list of changes you want public and offer rewards for every change.
For example:

1. Make brahmin angry when they see bluesuits - 2 BTC
2. Change rocket launcher damage to over 9000 - 10 BTC

Then someone could apply to do a task and they tell how much time they need.
If you agree, the task is locked for the time. And the list changes e.g.:

Reloaded has had nothing to offer us or it's community since Thunderdome was shut down. We intend to run a project with non-bias community management, updates, events and development.

I think it's a good idea to post here the changes you want, even without a price, just so people see and know what's going on. I assume you don't want hidden changes, if so, skip those.

Well it was Khans fault why thunderdome was shut down. Constantly crying, making low quality insults, cringy post 

And no other gang  is gonna play your server, there's gonna be too much Khan bias in it.  So you're gonna be circlejerking each other while Khans will be known as that group that RQ from Reloaded.

Seriously Stalker you're still crying about us? The multiple times you've come and apologized so you could play with us when you've been lonely you have a better attititude  People crying ABOUT Khans in Thunderdome (mainly edgy teens like you and Lash) got it shut down.

Anyhow, the server we're planning isn't intended to be run by us and it's not gonna have a TB mode at all. We have the intention to have a non-member staff and pay the bills. All I want to say is that we're not targeting the usual FOnline audience, we're not gonna compete with any existing server over players and if it takes off it's not gonna be the only game we're developing at the moment.
