About the running at fight
Armalite:
It's known what when the aim is outside the impact zone, those who attacks begins to reduce the distance at a slack pace.
Why not to make two kinds of attack - usual (as it is now) and with the Shift-key pushing to run the reciding aim down? It may be very useful especially for melee and unarmed attacks

That's the worst suggestion yet.
It would become snipers paradise.

I think it'd be worth going through RT and rethinking the whole thing, getting feedback from gangs and loners, seeing what works and what doesn't.

Personnaly, I hate this bloody slow gameplay, and i would hate if it was implanted on 2238.
