Running FOnline.exe brings me up to a black screen

Hey,

I'm trying to set up a local server, and so far I can't even get to the splash/login screen.

The server is running but the client comes up to a blank, black screen. The two intros play well, and I can hear the menu music.



If I press enter, it attempts to log in and of course comes up with an error, so the interface updatess to this:



So I would guess that it can't load resources for the GUI. Master.dat and Critter.dat are in the root directory, next to the .exes. I tried different resolutions, but no dice.

In newer SDK versions, Client reads all datafiles from data/packs/ - moving critter/master there should fix the problem.

Update video drivers.
