I didn't get it. The story was about a fatso who looked like Bane from Batman, who was trying to screw his own daughters to make more children... wha- what? Am I missing something here or what? The old ones are much better.

His "price breeders" were non-crippled non-mutated females who could give birth to more non-mutants. If you look at the rest of the folks around, everyone is a little... misshaped.
