no.Only it made me blue screen. Since I uninstaled it I had no bluescreen.

I want a torrent just to make my server for me and a few friends.So I only need a working file
same for a direct upload
And I don't give a shit about the updates

I am trying to help you understand that you should fix your computer instead of trying to find a workaround. Then you won't have problems with using TortoiseSVN to download the SDK.
