You guys said you would be taking play experiance for this server well this is mine.
Crafting: I found the simple crafting of 2238 10-11 the most fun and access able and you did say you woukd make it accessable
Leveling: I found 2238 again a good balance but i did find the quick leveling on Goon Haven great and easy but i dont think your server is going to be some easy PvP server and for the love of god in heaven dont make leveling like TLA MK2 its too long.
World: if it can be smaller it would be good for 100 players the world is too big maybe just north FO2 world (Reno, Modoc, Klamath, Redding, Den, Aroyyo, Gecko and Vault City) with VC being like the NCR of this server
PvP: well i guess VC (trading town) and Arroyo (noob town) can be a safe towns. Reno should be non-TC PVP town and the rest TC towns
perks and stats: 2238 2010-11 still the best i have seen no crit BGs please they ruin fun
Slaves: I like FO;Australias slave system where you can slave any NPC and have a max party of 10 slaves 9 to move on WM and for balance when slave leader died all the slaves drop dead as well.
So these are my idea's for FO2 to make it mostly more accessable to noobs.

Indeed, perhaps one day we shall meet
Out in the country, or maybe on the street
Until that day here shall I wait
For death or for life, whichever my fate

This looks like a real-time only game. ¿Is this correct?

Yeah I'm sure Rascal would not stand for TB to be disabled, lets some good strategies get to be brought forth.
Error while opening cfg file: spawnnpc.cfg
Shit! Damn admins! Always ruining my fun! I guess I'll talk to them. WITH MY FISTS!!!! No seriously, I will write them a nice email or make a thread on the forums or something. Thanks!

This indeed looks interesting... looks pretty similar to TLA MK2 but maybe this might be more attractive combat-wise. Will give it a chance in July when I have time.

I don't exactly understand what you mean by that. It will be completely related to fallout in ways of canon established in the main series, as well as the graphical look and feel of the old series just like FOnline.

Vault Dweller Dies in a battle with master, So mutant's army survived and reinforced Mariposa.
About the game background story  - there is whole FOnline2 bible prepared already.
We are trying to stick to the canon, to the original Fallout atmosphere and taste.

Kinda contradictory don't you think?
And with VD dead Fallout 2 never happens.

Quite frankly the whole "Mariposa reinforcement" thing could have been done without the Vault Dweller retcon.
Seeing how there were still enough intelegent mutants to do it themselves.

Technically Necropolis was buttfucked by mutants.
Maybe turn it into a PvE ground?

Who are you asking? Because you are comparing two different projects there.

2 projects?
Well now I sure feel retarded.

Mind telling me which is which?
