First of all, THANK U 2238 DEVS. no matter where i go or what i play, 2238 is forever 2238.
now for just 3 questions on FO2:
1. do u guys believe, and will u practice it in game mechanics, that all types of fighter builds must be balanced, despite strengths and weaknesses, or do u think, for the sake of "realism", that melee, unarmed, etc, should have no chance against snipers, BGs, etc?
(i know u r not all SoT or Rogues or whatnot, but using this chance i must say i always appreciated Rogues s use of different tactics even though they usually had the numbers and experience to fight any other faction head-on / "traditional" style; so i m hopeful u give all builds a chance)
2. u already mentioned "less grindfest", but adding to that would u say it ll be possible for a player with less time (currently casual, that is) to enjoy playing just a couple of hours here and there?
3. although afaik cheating has been reduced with implementation of recent features, if it returns, do u have the people, knowledge and time to fight it?
and not a question, but a remark:
100% safe towns, houses, tents, etc, shouldn t exist. there should at least be some kind of mistake u can make that gets u screwed even there. IRL no place is 100% safe either, and at least in FO u can logoff on WM. i always hated tent and baserapers, but i liked the harshness of it being possible. and thieves, suicide SMGers and bombers are the PvPers of guarded towns, they add variety.
maybe u r thinking of one 100% safe and others not so % safe towns - could be cool and introduce variety, i guess, but i still love NCR as just another kind of PVP arena >: )
and TYVM in advance for ur taking the weight of FOnline on ur shoulders. all the best.
