the idea behind the char in pic is his eyes were burned out from sunlight, and radiation made him a sick MF, he hunts at night so enemys are down to his level but since he has no eyes his other sense kicks in giving him the overall advantage!,

and the smoke circles are made with his eye sockets not his mouth,

Don't know him that well, most we've ever talked was probably 20 seconds. Most I know is that he WAS in kittys' faction and is a amazing artist that never went too an art school that lives in Canada and his 2 other brothers.
