Well, your opponants also level at the same rate, so you'd only need level 21 if the people you were stopping had level 21.

Admittedly this is presuming there are no flawed features that let you level fast, but we'll get them closed off in time.

well, they are getting advantige of pk- they get stuff more eazily in comparision with us--> their leveling is eazier while new players getting crazy and leaving the game forever.
But I ve told here what I needed, we are getting into another theme so I finished here :)
