well all in all, I remember the day when i found about a fallout game thats online i went berserk! i immediately told my mates to play with me and we had good fun for a while, I will remember those memories of playing a nenewed game that i havent touched in years :) good job

Shangalar:
That's almost a shock. I consider most of 2238's issues to be the result of some design flaws, and I didn't think it could be solved without implying deep and difficult changes concerning the most basic features, but last months the game seemed to finally take a direction. These changes seemed to lead to a different game style, to finally illustrate what the devs originally wanted to create. And now it's going to stop, and only souvenirs will remain. No next chance for 2238 to improve and make use of that nearly-magical potential everyone distinguished for so long.

It's a sad day. But FOnline's future is not that dark yet. I hope many people will look forward taking a part in that future, with or without our own project.

You can release code, so some people, teams could use it and improve their servers.

It probably won't be that easy to cut off parts from 2238 and include it in other FOnline games, as our scripts differ a lot from the SDK in quite a few places. I am not a scripter, though, so what do I know...

At least, you have done well, you can always go back or build other project, example single player, something like What Remains.
