Npc with caps only

like in topic. npcs often dont have caps when we need it, so why wouldnt you make store where you trade items only for caps?

It would make more sense to have caravans actually carry caps. They let you trade but never have anything worth trading.


However, it's obvious, you would need to make them un-lootable, so that people who just kill caravans can't make thousands of caps that way.

good sugestion. or some kind of... half lootable... so they will drop about 500 caps. Would be great.

Instead, why not reduce the price of 0% deterioration equipment so people are actually prepared to buy it.

Imagine it! Leather jackets for $50. 10mm SMGS for $200. Shotguns for $40.

And then maybe traders will get their cash from, gasp, TRADING WITH PLAYERS.
