Tanker spawnpoint

Actually, i promised them. But today i was busy playing.

Uh... By the way.

Add car spawn points in the warehouse in the west. This way if you want to save the way to the tanker, you'd have to "drive inside the city" with a car. And risk to lose it. So bring your pals.

Spawn point in tanker is a HUGE +1 for me. The long run to the tanker kills me, so I usually don't even go to San Fran on barter runs.
