It would be great if they would put in "JinxMob" and "Po Folks" encounters.

JinxMob would be Jinxed Kamikaze Molotov grenadiers and Po Folks would be Heavy-Handed Kamikazes with spiked knuckles. 1 in 5 of each would be a 10 Luck, 200+ SG skill sniper with pipe rifle and AP ammo.

Would be fun, especially if they came 7-15 at a time, with a 30% chance of both groups appearing together.

Loot would be pocket lint, beer, jet, food items/misc, nuka, cigs, and flowers (all 3 kinds).

They would be dressed only in rags, except occasionally (1 in 4 encounters) led by a "Messiah" who would be one of those hermits with a ripper and mad criticals.

Only way to do such damage with Hunting Rifle is to score an insta-kill. Insta-kills can still happen, though they are pretty rare, because man of steel or bonehead or high endurance basically nulifies the chance to recieve it.

3 luck is pretty low. I've posted the bypass %chance graph before, but here it is again:


As you can see, with 3 luck the NCR army has about 20% chance to bypass you on critical hits.

Anyway that insta-kill supports my theory that luck does indeed affect critical power (the kind better criticals give). It seems to me that below 5 luck gives bonus to enemy crit power. Ever tried playing a 1 luck character? They receive far more severe critical hits, even to groin and other body parts that is suposedly a constitution roll.

Yes dont do shiting char with 2-3 luck, and be staunt that you have insta-kills, try to farm enclave with an unlucky big gunner you will die at the first encounter.
