It looks good to me. Good job. Question: did you plan to use Jet? Psycho? (beer?)

I just did a gatling user build and i went a different direction, planning to use Psycho and beer for max DR. I gave my guy high PE to compensate but he still has Sight 41 after drugs. Strength 1 with Weapon Handling, but effective ST 6 on drugs. He's not a crit guy though. He's fast with 12 AP and BRoF. Yes to SnP. Had to use a perk on Carry Weight. He ends with low hit points, high DR. Whereas yours ends with lower DR but higher hp.

Perhaps I should have made the build capable of two bursts per turn so as to get the most out of my high crit chance. I don't plan on using any drugs.

What about STR requirment for Gatling? 7-3=4=80% punishment for not having enough strenght.
Why Fast Shoot? Doesn`t it add just 5 damage?(not per point but per burst.)
Why spray and pray? Wasn`t that just weak perk?

I've compensated for that with Energy Weapons skill.

It's not really necessary, but I had no reason not to choose it, so I might as well get the extra 5 damage.

So I can get more crits.

Oh yeah i missed that: Fast Shot is no good for bursting weapons. Good catch, xsarq.

I assumed you'd use Buffout and Nuka Cola. This does look like a Buffout build to me so you don't have that ST deficit and CtH deduction. With a -80% Chance to Hit, your 200 gun skill is rendered a mere 120. Remember that there is also a CtH penalty based on distance from target, so you could easily get your CtH down under 95% shooting at longer ranges. I recommend using Buffout and Nuka Cola to avoid this problem (and boost CW a bit too).

Also, use cigs man! Cigs are the easiest drug to get in large quantities for even a solo player with no help. You get that +1 to PE which would boost your Sight over 40, the gat's max range.

Can't take 2x BRD on energy build, so no dillema I'd take both Better Crit and MRD probably.

In gatling bursters neither, in bg bursters id go with extra brd if you have only one

BRD?? Gatling laser?? Its just 10 bullets per burst if im not wrong...and laser damage sucks without armor bypass, if you want BRD get avenger built
