Since we have Childkiller perk, we might as well have Greenhornkiller. You gain the perk when you kill the player that is 10 level below you and only when you start hitting first.

Now when there is not much player around left getting this perk coud be quite hard.

So, for you only not overpowered weapon in game is sharpened pole?

and how the hell can you tell he's a noob or just a low HP sneaker that forgot to sneak or low HP critical character? or low HP scout?

Don`t take too serious this one - but its a perk so one can assume that game system will know when you "qualify" just like with Gravedigger or Childkiller.
