NCR, why is it dead??
« on: May 04, 2013, 08:55:38 pm »

NCR is dead every time I log in.

There's always 1 guy AFK, and 2 others speaking another language

What happened to everyone trying to kill me or the noobs fail stealing or  rusty do something fun?
