Crafting cooldown reduced again? (split from donation thread)

Where did you get such idea and what does it have to do with donations for server?

Sneak update? I got "you're too tired" message when crafting stimpaks, at 1 hour cooldown.
And it is inversely proportional for the donation for server i will do this weekend when i get my paycheck.
Because i liked the last update with mining and chemicals.

Strange, maybe it's like that for drugs and it was overlooked, I will check it.
Anyway, it probably doesn't hurt to say that the crafting cooldown will be disabled
completely on the next update (and yeah, believe or not but it is a coincidence :P)
