Because you can't  use strategy in TB mode or in any fallout prior to fallout 3 ?

If you want strategy play Jagged Alliance 2, oh wait, you prob dont know what that is.

I see FO1 and 2 as harsh and unforgiving, i see FO3 as a childs playground.
