Leveling past 24?

the underground:
A common complaint I've herad is that PC's don;t level past 24 ("it's not worth it"), but I've seen soem people with 24's who have a target for their next lvl. Can you lvl past 24? Do your skillpoints and HP still increase? Or is it just targets without menaing?

You can not level past 24 no matter how much xp you get.
