Can't reinstall game

I was reinstalling my game because of my stupidity and now every time I try to reinstall all it does is says that it cant connect to update server is this a bug? I looked on forums for help but I think the problem is that when I reinstall it installs a interface I think and messes it up. Below is what it says on the updater

Connecting to the update server...
Can't connect to the update server (176.9.105.171).

IP might be wrong too,I think.
