AFAIK, there was a suggestion about decrafting 9mm ball ammo into gunpowder, but is somewhere on the page 15 already.
So, i suggest another way of utilizing the enormous amounts of 9mm ammo looted from raiders - give it them back en masse, as a burst!

This argument is one of the most annoying things on this forum.
Dude,this will in no way screw up the balance,this is just a cool way to get rid of the mauser ammo.
