At best it would just give us an automatic mauser or something of that sort. Doubt we really need this.

I still can be reached over e-mail if you somehow need anything from me. Don't see a reason why you would, but if you do, e-mail remains the safest bet, as I do not visit this forum reliably anymore.

If, then make the Mauser a silenced weapon, so sneakers could use them. I'd rather burst away all those 2000x 9mm ammo i never crafted.

TLA has all the weapons we could ever want. I'm confused as to why some aren't just brought right over..?

The thing is that the mauser itself is underused, I don't think even the nubbest of nub uses it after he's capable of killing critters with greases or shotguns.

2238 sticks with canon weapons, this has been discussed a few times by earlier similar suggestions, it might change later but for now I'm pretty sure it won't happen.

For a game that prides itself for the PvP over the story/narrative/quests and such... does having weaponry canon to the story really MATTER?

Because the BFG9000 doesn't really fit the fallout world.

BFG9000 is what i suggested, right, Mike? I suggested a shit-tier burst weapon for 9mm ammo, with a slight hint to option of having the shit ammo dismantled to Gunpowder in some kind of machine. But it seems we can't have that.

If we can't have ammo dismantled (this option is available on TLA), so we could at least spend it on molerats leveling. And this is what my suggestion is about. :P

I was trying to explain to LostSoul why his argument was bullshit. This may not be canon in the fallout universe but don't forget that one of the strongest appeals for this game is the fact that it is based on one of the best RPGs in the last twenty years.

Your suggestion is good, and I believe there should be many different weapons that are or can be canon.
