Interesting... how common would the chip be? I was thinking just money and only IF you got the corisican bros to agree to it...

I realized ch 8 should start out at a million caps, do maybe 100 to the power of goal ch..... do ch of 10 is 10 to the 10th.
Oh and you have to at lesst go through every other level below, so then at least 3 surgeries brfore you can get ch10.
