I had to log out in boneyard (daughter's diabetes>>game). I went to log in again 5 minutes later, and the ssytem willl not allow me to.
Awesome. So now I'm trapped in the boneyard sucking up rads, getting sicker and sicker, and of course it's going to be MY problem........

Explain to me how this is fair. PKing isn't fair, but at least it's other players. This is the system's fault, but the naswer I already KNOW i'm gonna get is "Tough shit, sit down, shut up, play or ragequite, we don't give a shit."

Ok, it's saying "Wrong Password" but I know it's NOT. I also know you can't change your passwro,d so "IF" someone hacked me (can't say it can't happen) my passwrod would still work. Besides, tried my alt, too.

if it says wrong password then welcome to the club someone probably hacked you , were your password strong ? i mean with great letters numbers and shit or was it a password that could be easily hacked with brutforce method which try combinations from a dictionary / library

I'll just ignore the fact that you were "hacked" and pretend you just changed the password while banging your keyboard against the wall.


Anyway... All characters get off game after 3 minutes being logged off, which means you only got 3 minutes of radiation, unless boneyard is a non-logout zone (aka never makes logged off alts disappear), which I might doubt it.


Worst case scenario you now have 999 rads and will have to pay something like 2000 caps to a doctor to fix your char or try to get some radaway from nice people.


Not the end of the world really.

not that it matters. just for shits and giggles, I tried creating a new username and password, then tried logging in immedaitely after and couldn't.

Since I din't know how to do that, I really doubt I could have. But thansk for offering anotehr cop out.
And eitehr way I have to pay for ANTHOOTHER sever malfuntion. Not really sure that it's worth it.

Not a lucky guess, it's impossible to have your char radiated if he's not at that location at all, since he's logged off for more than 3 minutes.

And yeah, I figured that you forgotting to update the game was the only logical solution since people don't get hacked out of nowhere.
