FIXES:
- Limited the amount of caps recieved from Raczak, the NPC in Reno Sewers to 5000 per ingame day (was 75000)
- Major map changes, this includes:
  - Moved NCR two squares south due to balance issues.
  - Glow moved two squares to the west, and one to the south.
  - Added two more Advanced Workbenches to Mariposa Military base.
  - Added fifteen Khan bases for the new Khan faction (see below at features for more info),
  - Added a still in NCR.
- One dialog fix.
- Fixed professions.
- Disabled music in NCR and Hub, they were causing lag.
- BoS faction entry quest fixed.

CHANGES (WIP):
- Bounty system is overhauled and is now working.
- Setting a bounty on players heads will make the players vilified in some cities/towns.
- Moved Broken Hills Markus inside a building in Broken Hills.
- Moved Harold inside the reactor in Gecko.
- Idolized should be working in conjuction with the Bounty system.
- Bank interest rates locked at 20% per game day.
- Level cap increased to 48.
- Added a fully functional character-account system. Everyone can now have a total maximum of three characters on one account, (accounts linked with forum accounts. Future accounts have to go through a new registration system.) if by some strange reason someone has more than three characters linked to a single account, everything connected to the account will be removed swiftly (this includes items, bases, characters and achievements [see below])

FEATURES:
- Added Khan faction.
- Added Caravaneer profession. You can now do several scripted caravans daily. (12 different ones available.)
- Crafting is made easier - you can now set the amount of items you want to craft per click.
- Flares can now be used to create light. Glowsticks added for minor, but longer effect.
- Hit Points of all living critters lowered by 50 due to balance issues.
- Added more than 200 new quests
- Added more billboards to towns.
- All NPCs drop radios, including rats.
- Encounter locations now randomly play ambient music.
- Deathclaws, centaurs and floaters are about 90% more rare. Aliens removed completely due to trademark issues by 20th Century Fox.
- Added Town Control to Necropolis, San Francisco and Hub.
- Lots of balance to weapons changes:
    - No more Avenger minigun, was broken, may or may not be added in future updates.
    - LSW made available only through quest.
    - Gatling Laser damage reduced to 5-12, shoots 5 cells now. AP cost changed to 12.
    - Alien Blaster is now obtainable after encountering all normal special encounters first, then finding a super-secret one near islands.
    - Instakills are now impossible with weapons having range more than 20
    - Rock AP cost increased to 5, damage increased to 20-60.
 - Steal was made unusable in NCR.
 - Added a ton of new weapons, like the BFG-9000.
 - New questline for obtaining bases.
 - Second World Map added, accessible through a long questline, start is in San Francisco.
 - Added Cannibalism trait.
 - 50 new ambient tracks added, exclusively made by Hans Zimmer.
 - Added talking heads. (two old ones, three new, never-seen-before ones)
 - Experimental auction system added, check it out in the newly-designed Hub marketplace.
 - Added a PVP-friendly system for players being low-level. A level difference is checked, and it's currently set to 10. This means that a level 48 character cannot attack a character who is level 37, and lower.
 - Weekly debug-hour added, it will happen every Sunday when Game of Thrones is on.

IMPORTANT: Base buying disabled for a few days.
