Simple question should junk give 3 min of cooldown or should it be lowered? In my opinion its a litle bit to high. We already ned to travel to a ruined city to get it and search for it and that takes some time. If we count the cooldown it gives then its more of a waist of time. But its only my opinion. What do you think?

Junk is one of the neatest things to gather, I don't care about cooldown because 20 minutes is enough for doing various other things.

There was no 0 option. The cool-downs should be removed.

Interesting. I voted it is good as is, and that made a perfect 12 to 12 even between 3 Min and 1 Min.
