NPCs come mostly in groups so it won't be a problem for them to still kill you.

Melee/unarmed equals troll. This is the opinion that most of the 2238 players has and it is wrong. You min/max like any other build, specializing yourself in close combat as the name implies only to get 1-hexed by a ranged build, crossing your fingers in hope that the enemy will miss. Reworking this perk would finally enable HtH fighters to hold their own domain, and that is close, up front, 1 hex combat.

You could kill all guy you want even now with a sneak unarmed. The problem comes when that guy has friends who shoot you. Reworking this perk would still not make a difference.
