So, i guess soon there will be a source for average amounts of HQ chemical materials. I'd like to suggest mine.

Those who watched Neon City, might remember a scene where a heroine sees smoking pipes above some kind of factory in the far. She asks the main hero, who might live there.
"No one living."
"But the factory is working"
"Might work for the next 100 years"

So the suggestion: a abandoned chemical factory, ofc leaking chemicals, giving the visitors a "poisoned" status.

A chemical Glow.

For farming HQ chemical components, you'll need to act quick and use Antidote. Or perhaps a Gas Mask "helmet" you could buy at vendors.

Kind of reminds me of EPA from F2RP especially with the leaking chemicals part.
