-Make us able to max our characters. Like in fallout 2 I could max everything. By maxing out character I mean that I should be able to have every or almost every stat on 10, every or almost every skill on 300 and every perk. But increase level cap to 90.
And the reason is obvious: I don't want to create 10 alts to have fun in this game. Lockpicker for blueprints, combat for fight, stealer for mfc... It's totally pointless because you could have all-in-one character.

That's only possible with a cheat code.
