Jesus people let it go. He found a cool toy, it wasn't his to play with so he gave it back. He's laughing about it, why can't you? Sure, a car would have been nice (and fair) but it's NOT that big a deal.

Sooner or later they will remove it anyway...
But that trolling in NCR with it was totaly worth it :)
