Perfect character

-Make us able to max our characters. Like in fallout 2 I could max everything. By maxing out character I mean that I should be able to have every or almost every stat on 10, every or almost every skill on 300 and every perk. But increase level cap to 90.
And the reason is obvious: I don't want to create 10 alts to have fun in this game. Lockpicker for blueprints, combat for fight, stealer for mfc... It's totally pointless because you could have all-in-one character.

But then every char would look the same. Wheres the fun in that?

you alredy can have all special almost 10. For example ST10 PE01 CH10 IN10 AG10 LK10 is possible build.
