i noticed that outdoorsman have big influence on mining cooldown with OD 50% mining cooldown is 11s and with 100% it is 5s .... there is no info on that in wiki....

Outdoorsman is Capped on 115%
Barter is Capped on 125%
Lockpick isnt Capped but 200% is enough

Click on the wiki link from http://www.fonline.ru/. It's in Russian, no English version is planned. It says not forbidden if you try to type the wiki address directly for some reason.

There's an independent English version I found via google that isn't even worth linking, as it has nothing on it.
